Why We Built Subscription Plans
The platform has always been free to list on, and that will not change. But as our seller community has grown, we have heard consistent feedback: high-volume sellers want lower commission rates, and serious sellers want better visibility tools. Subscription plans address both.
The Three Tiers
Free (PKR 0 / month)
- Unlimited listings
- Standard commission rate on completed sales
- In-app chat, ratings, and dispute resolution
- KYC verification
Seller Plus (PKR 499 / month)
- Everything in Free
- Reduced commission rate (25% lower than standard)
- Priority listing placement in search results
- Verified Seller Plus badge on your profile
- Basic sales analytics dashboard
Seller Pro (PKR 999 / month)
- Everything in Seller Plus
- Lowest commission rate (50% lower than standard)
- Top-tier listing placement
- Advanced analytics (views, conversion rate, revenue trends)
- Bulk listing tools
- Dedicated seller support with 12-hour response SLA
- Early access to new features
Tip
If you are completing more than 20 sales per month, the commission savings from Seller Plus will typically cover the subscription fee. Use the calculator in your seller dashboard to find your break-even point.
Who Should Upgrade?
Free is right for casual sellers who list occasionally. Seller Plus suits active individuals doing 10–30 sales a month. Seller Pro is designed for small businesses or power sellers who depend on OurBazaar as a meaningful income source.
Cancellation & Refunds
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You can cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are assessed case-by-case through our support team.

Note
Existing sellers with 4.5+ ratings and 50+ completed sales who upgrade before 31 March 2026 will receive the first month of Seller Plus free.
