What OurBazaar Pro Will Be — and What Stays Free
We are building one paid plan, called Pro. Here is exactly what it changes, what it will never change, and why we are telling you before it is on sale.

An earlier version of this post described a three-tier subscription — Free, Seller Plus and Seller Pro — priced monthly and sold on lower commission. We have replaced that plan with something simpler, and we would rather correct the record here than quietly delete the page. There will be one paid plan. It is called Pro.
Why one plan instead of three
Three tiers meant three answers to "which one am I supposed to buy?", and the honest answer for most sellers was "none of them, yet". Tiering also pushed us toward selling commission discounts, which quietly makes the platform cheapest for the people who need protection least. One plan is easier to explain, easier to price, and easier to keep a promise about.
What Pro will include
- An ad-free app — no sponsored placements or interstitials anywhere in your session
- Twenty new listings a month, where the free plan will be five
- Fifty AI listing descriptions a month, where the free plan is twenty
- Half the platform fee on every sale, and half the delivery fee on every order
- An image background enhancer, so a photo shot on a cluttered table looks like a product shot
Note
On listings specifically: listing is unlimited for everyone right now, and the free cap arrives with Pro rather than before it — we are not narrowing the free plan first and selling you the way out afterwards. When it lands, the free plan is five new listings a month and Pro is twenty. Neither allowance carries over: both reset on the first of the month, and an unused month is not banked. Nothing already live is taken down — the cap counts listings you create, not listings you have.
What is not in it
Nothing to do with safety. Verification, held payments, the buyer claim window, dispute handling and refunds are how the marketplace works, not features to be sold back to you. A Pro seller and a free seller get exactly the same protection, and a Pro seller gets no advantage in a dispute.
Search ranking is the other deliberate omission. Paid placement in organic results makes the feed worse for buyers, and a marketplace that stops being useful to buyers stops being worth selling on. On fees: Pro halves the platform fee and the delivery fee, but not the payment processing fee — that one is charged to us by our payment partner and passed on unchanged, so there is nothing of ours to discount.
Price and timing
PKR 2,500 a month, billed monthly in advance, with no lock-in and no annual commitment. It includes two listing boosts a month — each puts one listing in Featured This Week for seven days — alongside the ad-free app, the larger listing and AI allowances, and the halved platform and delivery fees. Pro is still not on sale — there is no way to subscribe in the app today and no charge can be made, so if a message, page or person offers to sell it to you, it is not us.
